Styling it with a cute pair of socks and running or school shoes will give a sense of cuteness but if you slip on some birkenstock-like sandals, it would create an innocent look. You could also use any skirt but make sure its not too long or too short--make sure you can see at least 1/3 above your ankle to create a feminine style.
