This is all about TEXTURE! I purchased the vintage skirt and vintage Italian velvet pumps at a local consignment store. Since both the vintage pieces are such a statement, I decided to keep it simple with a denim chambray shirt tucked in to the waist. Worn to a wedding as the photographer in mid-July.
