The shrinking process tightens the weave of the fabric, resulting in a thick, sturdy wool texture. The unique, rough texture that can only be achieved through felting is complemented by the appealing contrast of color and texture with the white herringbone lining. The coat's design features a looser, more relaxed silhouette than traditional coats, with no waistband cinch. The casual design without shoulder pads allows for a casual throw-on look with a jacket or blouson underneath, making this a practical yet fashionable piece.
