原宿のヴィンテージショップ『BerBerjin』とのコラボレーションによる新作が登場。1960年代〜70年代初めまで生産されていた「Levi's」でも非常に珍しいモデル「607E」を使用した一本。シューカットと呼ばれる少しだけ裾が広がったシルエットが特徴で後の「517」や「646」の前身となった足長に見えるデザインが特徴です。その「607E」を3Dプリンターにて撮影した画像をナイロン生地に転写プリント。ヴィンテージならではの全体に入ったインディゴの色落ちやダメージ、ひざ裏のハチノス状の色落ちや、更には裾のステッチをほどいた跡なども含めたデニムならではの経年変化が全てプリントにて忠実に再現されています。また商品に使用しているボタンやヒップのパッチ、赤タブには「リーバイス」による実際のパーツを使用するなど、JUNYA WATANABE MANだからこそ可能な「BerBerjin」×「Levi's」×「eYe JUNYA WATANABE MAN」とのスペシャルなコラボレーションピースとなっています。 A new product has been released in collaboration with Harajuku vintage shop BerBerjin. This pair of jeans uses the 607E, a very rare model of Levi's that was produced from the 1960s to the early 1970s. It features a silhouette with a slightly flared hem called a shoe cut, which makes the legs look longer, and is the predecessor of the later 517 and 646. An image of the 607E taken with a 3D printer is transferred and printed onto nylon fabric. The aging process unique to denim, such as the indigo fading and damage that is unique to vintage jeans, and the honeycomb-like fading on the back of the knees, is faithfully reproduced in the print. In addition, the buttons, hip patches, and red tabs used on the product are made from actual Levi's parts, making this a special collaboration piece between BerBerjin, Levi's, and eYe JUNYA WATANABE MAN, which is only possible with JUNYA WATANABE MAN.
