New Balance Minimus（ミニマス）は、裸足感覚を導き出すベアフット・コンセプトのフットウェアです。シューズの機能を最小限にまで削ぎ落とすことで、人間の足に本来備わっている機能を呼び戻す事をコンセプトとし、ミニマルデザインの発想のもとで開発された裸足に近いフットウェアです。今回のコラボレーションでは、"Dress Up Denim（ドレスアップデニム）" をテーマにしたJUNYA WATANABE MAN SS25のコレクションに合わせ、アッパーにブラックとホワイトのミニマルでクリーンなシンセティックレザーを採用し、アウトールにはグリップ力に富むVibram社製のラバーソールを組み合わせました。JUNYA WATANABE MANとNew Balanceのブランドコードを再解釈し、新たなスタイルを提案するフットウェアです。シュータンとインソールに配したJUNYA WATNABE MANのロゴが、特別なコラボレーションを象徴しています。 New Balance Minimus is a footwear with a barefoot concept that brings out the sensation of being barefoot.The concept is to restore the inherent functions of the human foot by stripping the shoe down to a minimum, and this footwear is similar to being barefoot, developed under the idea of minimal design.In line with the JUNYA WATANABE MAN SS25 collection, which has the theme of "Dress Up Denim", the upper is made of minimal and clean black and white synthetic leather, and the outsole is made of a grippy Vibram rubber sole.This footwear reinterprets the brand codes of JUNYA WATANABE MAN and New Balance, proposing a new style.The JUNYA WATANABE MAN logo on the tongue and insole symbolizes this special collaboration.
