eYe JUNYA WATANABE MANのミリタリーヘリテージラインよりスウェーデン軍のミリタリーコートをモディファイしたコートが登場。 M-90と呼ばれる1990年前後に生産されてたスウェーデン軍によるコールドウェザーパーカーは、北欧の過酷な冬にも対応出来る最高峰のアウターとして導入され、ボディと一体化したフードは首元を完全に覆い隠す事で高い防寒性を維持し、ジッパーとスナップボタンの二つの構造で作られたフロントは雨や雪の侵入を防いでくれ作りとなっています。またフロントサイドの大型のフラップポケットは手がスッポリと入り、極寒地での防寒性をより高めてくれるのが特徴。 それらオリジナルのデザインをベースに、本来コットン×ポリエステルの素材で作られていたウェアをジュンヤマンにおいてはエステル高密度タフタ素材に中綿をいれてモディファイする事で、オリジナル以上の撥水性と軽量化、更に防寒性が加えられた現代版のニューミリタリーウェアへと昇華させています。 A modified version of the Swedish military coat from the eYe JUNYA WATANABE MAN military heritage line. Based on those original designs, Junyaman's clothing, which was originally made of cotton x polyester, is modified by adding batting to the ester high-density taffeta material to make it more water repellent and lighter than the original. It has been sublimated into a modern version of new military wear with added cold protection.
