Wipe off any excess on a tissue. Working quickly, apply liner in short, even strokes close to the lash line, from the inner to the outer eye corner.Bobbi's tips: For a standout eye, make sure the top lash line liner is visible when you have your eyes open. To make your eyes look bigger, line all the way around. Dark circles look darker when liner is applied on the lower lash line. Bring concealer up to the lash line and use only mascara on the lower lashes. Make sure to connect your top and bottom liner at the inside and outside corners of the eye. Do not leave space between the eyeliner and the lash line. If after application there is a small space, fill it in with the same shade of powdered eyeshadow. Line all the way across the lids-you can line just the top and not the bottom, but don't line either lid halfway. Lining from the inner corner to the outer corner will help open the eye.
