アメリカ産コットンを使用し、吊り編み機で限界まで度目を詰めて編み立てた、約11.5オンスの極厚素材「ドツメ天竺」を採用したポケットポロシャツです。ドツメ天竺は、自動制御が効かない旧式の吊り編み機でのみ編まれるため、生産には時間と職人による高度な調整が不可欠。1台の編み機から1日にTシャツ約30枚分しか生地を生産できない、非常に希少な素材です。旧式吊り編み機ならではの均一で高密度な編み立てにより、丈夫で型くずれしにくく、長く着用できるのが特長。設計はドツメポケットTシャツ（JM5445）を踏襲し、素材が持つ存在感と耐久性を最大限に活かした一枚に仕上げています。Dotsume (high?density jersey) is an extra?thick fabric weighing approximately 11.5 ounces, made from American cotton and knitted on a loop?wheel machine. Because the knitting process is extremely slow, each machine can produce only about 30 T?shirts per day, but this deliberate pace allows the yarn to be packed evenly, giving the fabric exceptional resistance to shrinkage and distortion even after repeated wear and washing. This T?shirt uses sweatshirt?grade ribbing to match the substantial body fabric, resulting in a well?balanced and cohesive overall look. The dense structure of the material makes it fully non?transparent, helps reduce the visibility of sweat marks, and prevents the fabric from clinging to the skin, ensuring a consistently comfortable wearing experience. The pockets feature an elaborate gusseted design inspired by vintage uniforms, adding both functionality and a refined, utilitarian touch.
