This outfit (cap, jacket, top, and jeans) costed less than USD 50! Tried to challenge myself by going in a cheap boutique store to see what i could do with the clothes sold there. Came up with this! Not the comfiest outfit but it still looks okay! Just goes to show that you can still look decent with less :)
