Today, one of my colleagues quit a company for her dream. She said she was gonna take over her fam biz. She has such a strong personality, and she has been going her own way in a positive and negative way. There are so many colleagues have left a company lately... I can't really tell anything about the situation cuz it's their decisions and their lives. However I think it's about time to start thinking about the future seriously.
