The hours before Christmas are crunch time for shoppers and the ultimate procrastinators. It's the last chance to get one last gift for your girlfriend, that picky relative or maybe just a bargain you can't resist for yourself. And then of course is Dec. 26 — the day after Christmas when most gifts that didn't make the cut are returned. In fact, one of every three gift recipients return at least one holiday gift, according to the National Retail Federation.
